The seasonal outdoor pool is located near the sea with a relaxing sunbathing deck with its facilities and with an autonomous corner for children. At the beginning of the path you will find the outdoor barbeque area.

In the property, there are many trees such as olive, lemon, orange, pears etc. as well as many herbs and flowers.

The property is gated and fenced because it is located on a wooded area and has a full firefighting system.

LEFKADA

The magical island of Lefkada is an exceptional destination for your holidays. It belongs in Ionian Islands and is located on the west coast of Greece, on the Ionian Sea. It is easily accessible all year round, since it is connected with the Mainland, Aitoloakarnania, by a float bridge.

It associates beautiful landscapes with nature touching the green bluish water, providing a sense of paradise. In the mainland of Lefkada you will come across graphical villages, monasteries, small churches, abruptly mountains, green valleys, olive trees, cypress and pine trees, etc. During spring time the smell of the herbs (oregano, thyme, sage, etc.) are very intense in the air, which activates you to take a walk in one of the many tracks.

In the Southeast side of the island are formed graphical sheltered bays. The city of Lefkada occupies the North side with multi- colored houses, Venetian churches and plenty of alleys.     CANCELLATION POLICY / CLIENT INFORMATION

    Rates are for four(4) visitors – 20€/night for each extra visitor.

    1. If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
    2. If cancellation is effected in less of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the cost of the deposit is non- refundable.
    3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the cost of the remaining period of his stay.
